Origin: Single-origin Australian beans, sourced from a micro lot in Far North Queensland.
Tasting Notes: Bright, smooth and lightly sweet with a refined, clean finish. A delicate combination of hazelnut, dark cocoa and wild berries.
Suggested pairings: Fresh pastries, slow mornings, a novel in hand and a notebook open to the day’s first thoughts.
Brewing Recommendations:
Pour over 1:16 to 1:17 ratio with a slightly coarser grind.
Use controlled pours to maintain clarity and balance.
Great with V60, Kalita, Aeropress (upright recipes) or batch brew.
